Terms of sale

Every print is made after you finish customising it. Nothing is sitting in a box waiting — the file goes to a printing lab, they run it, and it comes to you from there.

The price you see is the price you pay. It includes GST where GST applies, and it includes delivery. There's no shipping added at the end and no surprise at checkout.

Prices are set in Australian dollars. If you're buying from overseas, the checkout will usually show you the equivalent in your own currency before you pay.

Your order is confirmed once the lab has accepted it, which is when I email you. If something goes wrong before that, you'll get your money back and I'll tell you why.

Please note that screens and paper aren't the same thing. You might notice colours print a little differently to how they appear on screen, but that's normal and to be expected.

Returns and refunds

If it turns up damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell me and I'll fix it. That means a replacement print or your money back — your choice. Send me a photo if it's damaged, since it saves a round trip and helps me work out whether it happened at the lab or in the post.

Do that within 30 days if you can. It's just when it's easiest for me to sort out with the lab.

What I can't do is take a print back because you changed your mind. It was made for you specifically and there's nobody else to sell it to.

Shipping

Prints are made at whichever lab is nearest you and posted from there, so an order in Melbourne isn't flown in from Europe.

Allow a few days for it to be made, then however long the post takes. I'll email you with tracking the moment it's on its way.

I ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland and Portugal. If you're somewhere else, email me and I'll see what's possible.

Any customs or import duty is yours to pay, though shipping domestically within your region means this rarely comes up.

Privacy

I collect the least I can get away with: your email address, and the name and postal address the print goes to. That's it. Nothing is ever sold or handed to anyone who isn't in the list below.

Stripe
Takes the payment. Your card details go straight to them and never touch this site.
Prodigi
Prints the piece and posts it, so they get your name and address.
Resend
Sends the two emails about your order.
Netlify
Runs the site and stores the order record.

I never see your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own page, and what comes back to me is whether it worked.

Order records are kept as long as I need them for tax and for sorting out anything that goes wrong later. Australian tax rules mean that's five years.

Want to know what I hold on you, or want it deleted? Email me.
